During the pandemic, a lot of exhibition companies took the stage to showcase brands on one platform. With this tight competition, this start-up encountered problems on how to become unique in the market. Fortunately, what they promise is something new โ an ineffable experience of shopping.
With their fresh ideas, the XCBT company created ๐ข๐ฑ๐ธ๐ฏ๐ฏ๐ช๐ซ๐ต๐ฎ โ a wixsite which serves as a home for products and services founded by BAC 3-2 Integrated Marketing Communications class. A wide array of goods are featured on their platform, ranging from candles to social media pages. After exploring their wixsite, they guarantee that the visitors would be left speechless on how easy it is to navigate their platform while discovering a lot of brands with just a click.
Aside from a wixsite, they also have a social media page. Looking at the Facebook page of ๐ข๐ฑ๐ธ๐ฏ๐ฏ๐ช๐ซ๐ต๐ฎ, they have weekly Facebook live event to showcase chosen brands per week. Their segment entitled, Shopfrise, is a go-to morning event for their avid audience and customers. Through animated hosts, as well as the promotional videos of brands, audiences got to know brands beyond their logos. Aside from this, they also have interactive activities to spice up every oneโs Tuesday mornings.
Beyond their platforms, TiangGate had an opportunity to know the people behind ๐ข๐ฑ๐ธ๐ฏ๐ฏ๐ช๐ซ๐ต๐ฎ more. During the 4th Twitter Space session of #tianggateasks, two of their members joined the sharing session. The most striking statement in that space is that it is very difficult to be a start-up that sells nothing but information. Knowing that they are an exhibition company, they provide necessary information to fully showcase the products and services of brands. Aside from that, they could not offer anything lasting compared to sales start-ups who provide products that make them remarkable to customers. Despite the struggle, the XCBT company was persistent in using their creativity to produce better results on engagement, and in providing that ineffable feeling that they promised right from the start.
